Tesla issued a software update for their Autopilot system on December 12, 2023, when the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) sent out a recall to address what they found to be “insufficient” controls for a “driver assistance system.” But Tesla’s over-the-air update last year fixed everything, right?
